It was the best time trial of the Tour de France for Primož Roglič. Third place! A position that the Slovenian has never achieved in the battle against the clock at the Tour. Only world champion Remco Evenepoel and yellow jersey wearer Tadej Pogacar were faster. Roglič raced through the vineyards of Burgundy at an average speed of 51.6 km/h.

One of the biggest unknowns of this year's Tour awaits on Sunday. There will be a stage around Troyes with 14 gravel sectors. More than 32 kilometers of gravel can provide plenty of surprises. With the S-Works Tarmac SL8, Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe has the perfect setup for this surface. Only the tires are specially adapted for the gravel day. Individual tire types, widths and pressures will be used. More than 100 wheels have already been prepared by the mechanics.
