<p><strong>Only three days after becoming Road World Championship in Zurich, Lorenzo Finn triumphed at the Italian U19 race Olgiate Molgora-Ghisallo. This victory made him the first GRENKE - Auto Eder rider to win a race wearing the World Champion's jersey with the famous rainbow stripes.</strong></p><p>Winning in the World Champion’s jersey is a rare privilege in the U19 category. Since the World Championships are typically held at the end of the year and the older riders transition to the U23 level, only a select few have the chance to actually race in the iconic white jersey with rainbow stripes. Lorenzo Finn, however, did just that. The freshly crowned World Champion from Zurich lined up just three days after his triumph at the one-day race Olgiate Molgora-Ghisallo in his native Italy – and quickly claimed another victory. After 105.3 kilometers, the 17-year-old crossed the line solo, marking his first win as the reigning World Champion.</p><p>Finn’s triumph is also a special moment for GRENKE - Auto Eder. <p><strong>Nur wenige Tage nach seinem WM-Triumph in Zürich triumphierte Lorenzo Finn beim italienischen U19-Rennen Olgiate Molgora-Ghisallo. Erstmals gewann damit ein GRENKE - Auto Eder Fahrer im Weltmeistertrikot mit den bekannten Regenbogenstreifen ein Radrennen.</strong></p><p>Ein Sieg im WM-Trikot ist in der Alterskategorie der U19 eine ganz besondere Angelegenheit. Da die WM zumeist am Jahresende stattfindet und die älteren Jahrgänge danach in die U23-Kategorie wechseln, ist es nämlich nur wenigen Fahrern vergönnt, das begehrte weiße Trikot mit den Regenbogenstreifen auch wirklich im Rennen zu tragen. Lorenzo Finn hat allerdings genau das geschafft. Der frischgebackene Weltmeister von Zürich startete nur drei Tage nach seinem WM-Triumph im Straßenrennen beim Eintagesrennen Olgiate Molgora-Ghisallo in seiner Heimat Italien – und holte prompt den nächsten Sieg. Nach 105,3 Kilometern überquerte der 17-Jährige als Solist die Ziellinie und feierte damit seinen ersten Erfolg als amtierender Weltmeister.</p><p>Für GRENKE - Auto Eder ist Finns Triumph ebenfalls ein besonderer Moment. After securing bronze in the individual time trial, the 18-year-old also claimed another medal in the mixed relay. This year, the three-day long-distance race was held for the 58th time, once again featuring a top-class field of participants. Die Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe U19-Auswahl gewann außerdem die Mannschaftswertung, die Nachwuchswertung, die Punktewertung und das Sprinttrikot.</strong></p><p>Das belgische Etappenrennen Aubel-Thimister-Stavelot ist seit Jahren ein Klassiker im internationalen Rennkalender der Junioren. Bereits zum 58. Mal fand die dreitägige Fernfahrt in diesem Jahr statt, wobei das Teilnehmerfeld einmal mehr hochkarätig besetzt war. So standen nicht nur die besten U19-Mannschaften Belgiens am Start des von 2. bis 4. August ausgetragenen Rennens, sondern auch mehrere Nachwuchsteams von Mannschaften aus der WorldTour.</p><p>Die Fahrer von GRENKE - Auto Eder zeigten sich dabei von Beginn an im Spitzenfeld. Unter anderem wurde der Deutsche Paul Fietzke Fünfter der Auftaktetappe. Auch am zweiten Tag untermauerte Lorenzo Finn (Italien) mit Rang zwei, dass die U19-Auswahl von Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe zu den besten Mannschaften im Peloton gehört. Finn war es auch, der am dritten Tag die Entscheidung des Rennens herbeiführte: Auf dem schweren Kurs rund um Stavelot – auf 108 Kilometern mussten die Fahrer 2.800 Höhenmeter bewältigen – feierte er einen Solosieg und sicherte sich damit auch den Gesamtsieg nach drei Tagen.</p><p>Es war nicht der einzige Erfolg, der nach Raubling ging: Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen (Dänemark) rundete als Gesamt-Vierter das hervorragende Ergebnis ab. <p><strong>Lorenzo Finn achieves an outstanding third place in the overall standings of the French stage race, also known as the Tour de France of junior cycling. The team also wins a stage, wears the yellow jersey for a day, and secures several special classifications.</strong></p><p>What the Tour de France is to professional cyclists, the Tour du Valromey is to junior cycling. With extremely challenging stages and a top-class starting field, the race through the French Alps is considered the most important stage race in the international U19 calendar. The GRENKE - Auto Eder team travelled to France with high ambitions: alongside the reigning vice world champion Paul Fietzke, the six-member squad from Raubling included Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen, Theodor August Clemmensen (both from Denmark), Patrick Casey (Ireland), Kryštof Král (Czech Republic), and Lorenzo Finn (Italy).</p><p>The GRENKE - Auto Eder riders demonstrated right from the start that they are among the best U19 talents in the world. Patrick Casey won the second stage as a solo rider after a courageous performance, while Paul Fietzke took the yellow leader’s jersey on the same day. Although Fietzke had to relinquish the overall lead later, Lorenzo Finn (overall third) remained in contention for the overall podium until the end. Fietzke (overall fifth) and Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen (overall tenth) completed the team’s outstanding results. Also impressive: Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen won the white jersey for the best young rider, Paul Fietzke claimed the intermediate sprint classification, and GRENKE - Auto Eder triumphed in the team’s classification.</p><p>After their successful participation in the Tour de France for juniors, the GRENKE - Auto Eder athletes are now heading into a well-deserved summer break. Das Team gewinnt außerdem eine Etappe, trägt für einen Tag das Gelbe Trikot und holt mehrere Sonderwertungen.</strong></p><p>Was die Tour de France bei den Radprofis ist, ist die Tour du Valromey im Juniorenradsport. Mit extrem schweren Etappen und einem zugleich erstklassigen Starterfeld gilt das Rennen durch die französischen Alpen als die wichtigste Rundfahrt im internationalen U19-Kalender. Das GRENKE - Auto Eder Team reiste dementsprechend ambitioniert nach Frankreich: Neben dem amtierenden Vize-Weltmeister Paul Fietzke gehörten Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen, Theodor August Clemmensen (beide Dänemark), Patrick Casey (Irland), Kryštof Král (Tschechien) und Lorenzo Finn (Italien) zum sechsköpfigen Aufgebot der Equipe aus Raubling.</p><p>Die GRENKE - Auto Eder Fahrer zeigten dabei direkt zum Auftakt, dass sie zu den besten U19-Talenten der Welt zählen. Patrick Casey gewann nach einer beherzten Fahrweise die zweite Etappe als Solist, während Paul Fietzke am selben Tag das gelbe Führungstrikot übernahm. Im Folgenden musste Fietzke die Gesamtführung zwar wieder abgeben, aber Lorenzo Finn (Gesamt-Dritter) mischte bis zum Ende im Rennen um das Gesamt-Podium mit. Fietzke (Gesamt-Fünfter) und Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen (Gesamt-Zehnter) rundeten das hervorragende Teamergebnis ab. Ebenfalls stark: Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen gewann das weiße Trikot des besten Nachwuchsfahrers, Paul Fietzke gewann die Zwischensprint-Wertung und GRENKE - Auto Eder triumphierte in der Mannschaftswertung.</p><p>Nach der erfolgreichen Teilnahme an der Tour de France der Junioren geht es für die GRENKE - Auto Eder Athleten nun in die verdiente Sommerpause. Mit dem belgischen Etappenrennen Aubel-Thimister-Stavelot (2. bis 4. August) beginnt dann die Vorbereitung auf die Europameisterschaften (11. bis 14. September) und Weltmeisterschaften (23. bis 26.
