Red Bull ends European Championships with three elite medals
Primož Roglič: “It’s simply a great feeling. Of course, it’s my victory, but it’s also for all the people along the course and everyone who made it possible for the European Championships to take place in Slovenia. It’s a great way to finish the championships.Shortly after the start, my radio stopped working, so I just rode and left everything I had out on the road. Luckily, it was enough."
Callum Thornley was another Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe rider to finish in the top 10, taking ninth place. Aleksandr Vlasov finished 11th. Mattia Cattaneo, who won silver in the Mixed Relay the previous day, finished 16th, two places ahead of Jan Tratnik.
