Nine UCI victories, a second place at the Giro Next Gen and three promotions to the WorldTeam - the Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe Rookies' first season results are impressive. While the team has established itself at the top of the U23 class from the very first race, the transfer of Adrien Boichis (France), Luke Tuckwell (Australia) and Callum Thornley (Great Britain) to next year's Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe WorldTeam confirms the quality of the young team's work with young talent. The next crop of Rookies will now build on these successes.
We have proven that we can not only discover talent, but also specifically promote it and lead it to the top.

Particularly pleasing: With the Danish rider Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen (winner of the Ain Bugey Valromey Tour), the Dutch rider Michiel Mouris (winner of Paris-Roubaix Juniors and U19 time trial world champion), his compatriot Gijs Schoonvelde (winner of the Aubel-Thimister-Stavelot tour, among others) and Austrian Anatol Friedl (European MTB champion), four talents from the in-house grenke - Auto Eder U19 team will line up for the Rookies in 2026. They will be joined by German Max Bock, Frenchman Gustave Blanc and Italian Alessio Magagnotti - three top international talents who are new to the Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe family.

The squad also includes six cyclists who were already part of the project in 2025: Theodor August Clemmensen (Denmark), Davide Donati (Italy), Paul Fietzke (Germany), Lorenzo Finn (Italy), Romet Pajur (Estonia) and Sebastian Putz (Austria). The Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe Rookies will therefore start the coming season with 13 athletes.
The fact that three riders are moving to the WorldTeam after just one year is a strong signal. We want to build on this with our new additions - and take the next step in their development
Tim Meeusen, Director of Development
"2025 was a dream start for our project - both in sporting and structural terms," says Tim Meeusen, Director of Development at Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe. "We have proven that we can not only discover talent, but also specifically promote it and bring it to the top. The fact that three riders are moving to the WorldTeam after just one year is a strong signal. We want to build on this with our new recruits - and take the next step in their development."
